VSE2PDF's first public pre-GA release occured in May of 1999.
It was quickly followed by first GA version.
VSE2PDF releases are numbered using a Version, Release, and Modification numbers
in the format VV.RR.MM.
About every 2 years, a new version is released.
VSE2PDF is only re-versioned when major product enhancements occur.
Within each version, new releases are released as needed.
New releases occur anytime several minor product enhancements occur.
New modifications are released as needed to correct bugs or to add a customer requested feature.
VSE2DPF/Secure and VSE2PDF/DJDE were added as options to VSE2PDF in April of 2004 with Version 03.00.00.
