The current implementation
of the REXX for CICS feature provides a full screen editor for editing files
within the REXX File System (RFS). The
editor and/or the RFS does not provide a lock on files that are being edited. This can cause data integrity issues within
the RFS when multiple users edit the same file at the same time.
