The County runs a Power Job
Exit that inspects the User= field on the * $$ Job card for certain data used
by the Billing System, and then validates that data. If the data is not present, or is not valid, the Job Exit purges
the incoming job from the reader. This
prevents the jobs submitted by MILA4VSAM from running, unless the Power Job
Exit is disabled.
