Operater OFFLOADS print to
tape for backup. After tape is unloaded he finds that he did not offload all
the jobs to the tape. Currently he must restore the tape and then offload all
the jobs to a tape. There needs to be a command to go to the end of the last
file on the tape and continue the offload operation with the additional print
jobs.
