AFP Toolkit is not currently
available for VSE. The request is to IBM to re-write the code for this product
so that it runs under VSE.

The AFP
Toolkit is a set of functions which enhance the presentation of a report. This
is accomplished by functions like left or right justification, etc.
The benefits
are obvious : VSE users will be able to enhance the presentation of their
reports by using AFP Toolkit. IBM will benefit from selling the product to VSE
users that use AFP.

We are limited in the way our reports are
presented because for tabular presentation we HAVE to use monospaced (fixed
pitch) fonts - which are not particularly nice. If AFP Toolkit were available
we would have bought it in order to make our customer statements look better.
This is not a technical impact. We see it mostly as a business requirement.
