Title : Make the CICS translator an
input exit to the compilers

Currently CICS programs must
be translated where the intermediate output must be stored on disk or in the
Power queue.

Reduce the time and system overhead to
pre-process CICS programs. Bring the CICS Preprocessor into the new century.

Both COBOL and Assembler support source input
exits. Code the translator as an input exit. But make it accept as an
invocation parameter the name of another input exit (for use by the Edeck
assembler exit) to be called. This way multiple exits can be 'stacked'. Please
