Currently there is no way to modify OPTB (Formdef, Pagedef, etc.) after the LST queue entry is created. It must be copied to add the information.

PosiblePossible solution: Create a Power startup option (OPTBFREE?) that indicates to Power how much room to leave for additions/enlargements of OPTB values. Power can fill area with multiple occurancesoccurrences of a dummy (reserved key) OPTB. When a PALTER needs to, it reads the whole block, throws away the dummy values and adds the new OPTB values. It can then re-pad the block with dummy OPTBs before rewriting.
