Currently, to add an entry to the SDL via a program, the SDL must be
manuplated manually. This is prone to errors. Providing support will allow
vendors to manuplate the SDL as needed without fear that future VSE updates
will break the code. IBM could also make changes to the SDL in the future as
needed without as much concern. We need an Add, Delete, Modification, and
Examine functionallity.
