The use of 24-bit System
GETVIS in VSE/VTAM 4.2 should be eliminated.
The IOBUF in particular uses unpredicatableunpredictable amounts of 24-bit GETVIS. This requirement has been submitted the last
3 years at WAVV and has been rejected by IBM.
