or data archive to tape, the tape is left in the drive. Consequently, it must
be manually unloaded.

1) Provide an
INITPARM setting that would be referenced each time an archive (log or
database) is "completed". You could specify "REW" or
"RUN".
2) Add an
extension to both the "ARCHIVE" and "LARCHIVE" commands to
accept "REW" or "RUN".
